Ever wanted to take part in a relay event like Hood to Coast? Join Wy’east Wolfpack and Knot Springs in a 12-week program designed to condition your body into a Resilient Runner.

This Resilient Running program incorporates strength training, running workouts, and self care techniques designed to condition both your mind and body to fight through fatigue in a safe and strong way and gain the mental toughness to keep pushing through to the finish line.

Included in the 12-week program


  • Weekly coached “Track Tuesday” workouts led by Wy’east Wolfpack (6:30am at Duniway Track)
  • Weekly community runs from various locations led by Wy’east Wolfpack every Thursday at 6pm. (short runs of 3–4. miles or long runs of 6–8 miles.)
  • Progressive weekly strength/conditioning classes at Knot Springs followed by a run. (Participants choose Saturdays at 10:30 am & 11:30am or Sundays at 8:30am & 9:30am.)

Recovery and Perks

*to keep you accountable, you will choose one of 4 conditioning class session days/times and stick with that same day and time each week for the duration of the program. A great way to meet other resilient runners for support and encouragement.

Price does not include entry into Hood to Coast and participation in Hood to Coast is not required. These rates are non-refundable or transferable.

First "Track Tuesday" workout at Duniway Track.

First Thursday Community Run.

First conditioning + run classes at Knot Springs.
