Your entire Foot Rub experience is 2.5 hours in length, which includes a visit to the Springs followed by a 60 minute custom foot rub with your choice of locally-made salt scrub by Maak Lab.

After relaxing in the Springs, Your Foot Rub begins with a warm foot bath and salt scrub followed by a customized massage from the knees down. Next, we work to increase circulation and flow with raw silk dry brushing, topped off with a hot compress for each foot and signature salve application to end your experience.
