Yes! Give us a call and we’ll do our best to track it down. We hold lost-and-found items for a month, and then donate them to a local charity.

We no longer issue Golden Tickets, but if you still happen to have one, we’re happy to honor it. These are good for a complimentary class of your choice, plus a two-hour visit to the Springs soaking pools. Golden Tickets cannot be used for foot rubs or treatments, to purchase items in the shop, or in exchange for cash or gift certificates.

Staying connected is important. But so is unplugging every now and then. That’s why we don’t allow talking or texting, except in the Regulars’ Lounge (or you can also pop out into the YARD hallway to use your phone). Also, to respect our guests’ privacy, film and photography aren’t allowed outside of the Lounge. We recommend leaving your phone in your locker and forgetting all about it for a while.

Life happens. But to take care of our Knot Springs team, we require 24-hour notice for cancellations. 

No-shows and late cancellations will be charged full price of their Personal Training or the price of their treatment. If you need to reschedule a treatment less than 24 hours away, you can do so with a rescheduling fee. (This applies to both regulars and treatment guests.)

These include fever, sore throat, coughing, runny nose, or severe headaches. We do reserve the right to reschedule your experience to a future date for a $75 fee should we determine that moving forward with your experience could be unsafe for our staff.

We treat our pools with ultraviolet light, combined with low levels of chlorine, to keep the water clean and safe. (Because over-chlorinated water really gets in the way of a good time.)

Your doctor knows best. Before you come in, we highly recommend you speak to your healthcare provider to make sure it’s all good. We do offer prenatal massage treatments (ask your doctor before scheduling one of those, too).

Knot Springs is sanitized several times throughout the day. We close daily from 3:30-4 for cleaning. And then every night, we do a top-to-bottom deep clean.

Nope, sorry — your membership is for you and only you. If your membership plan includes monthly friend/family passes, you could share one with them.

Being a member has its perks and one of those is the 30% discount on services and retail.  This discount only applies to the members themselves, and can not be used on non-member visits.

Just bring yourself and your suit. We take care of the rest, including towels, robes, flip flops, and before- and after-soak spa products. Plus, we stock the restrooms with cotton swabs, hairbands, period products and other small items you might need to feel comfortable. Our lockers have self-setting combination locks to keep your belongings safe while you visit.

No. Springs time is only available before a treatment. Plus, taking a soak first is a great way to relax and get ready for your appointment. So come a little early to enjoy a soak in the Springs.

Yes!  We’d love to personally take care of your preferences so give us a call or email to book your couples massage.

Give us a call or email to book your group. Because each person will need a separate reservation, we advise not trying to book online yourself. Our group reservations require a deposit and also have a different cancellation policy. We are happy to review the details with you.

Yes, based on availability. Spring Visits tend to fill up in advance, but feel free to give us a call or email if you are trying to book same day appointments. Body Work, Skincare and Foot Rub visits must be booked at least 8 hours in advance of desired booking time.

Yes, you can attend a class by booking a fitness visit.

Open gym use is for members only. Non-members can attend fitness classes.
