There are different policies depending on what kind of visit you have booked.
For Springs Visits:
If you need to cancel your Springs Visit, please ensure cancellation at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in funds being credited to your account for rescheduling. No-shows are not eligible for credit or refund, so please inform us if you cannot attend.
For Fitness Visits:
If you need to cancel your Fitness Visit, please ensure cancellation at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in funds being credited to your account for rescheduling. No-shows are not eligible for credit or refund, so please inform us if you cannot attend.
Guests who check in 5 minutes after class start time are considered late and their instructor has the right to ask them not to come into class.
For Personal Training:
If you cancel your personal training session within 4-hours of your scheduled session time, a $25 late cancellation fee applies but you will not lose your session. If you cancel after your session start time, you will lose that session.
If you are running late to your personal training session, please let us know. The trainer may leave after 15-minutes if you do not communicate your late arrival.
For Treatments:
Life happens. But to take care of our Knot Springs team, we require 24-hour notice for cancellations. No-shows will be charged for the full price of their treatment. If you need to reschedule a treatment less than 24 hours in advance, you can do so with a $75 rescheduling fee.
Please Note: Knot Springs follows the CDC recommendations and has a strict NO-TOLERANCE policy should you arrive at the facility exhibiting any symptoms of sickness, cold, flu or Covid19. These include fever, sore throat, coughing, runny nose, or severe headaches. We do reserve the right to reschedule your experience to a future date should we determine that moving forward with your treatment could be unsafe for our staff.
For Group Treatment Bookings:
For group bookings of four or more, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. We ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of your visit. A $75 fee applies for each treatment canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the visit, which will be deducted from the deposit.
