As we close out the 2nd quarter of the year here at Knot Springs, we have some exciting progress and updates to share with you.  

TRUE Hospitality has been our North Star, a balance of inward and outward hospitality that supports and drives our business. With this, we continue to address some of the sticking points for both staff and guests. As you can see and feel, keeping the facility top-notch while being open every day is an arduous, ongoing job. 

We will be closing the facility fully for 5 days, from Monday July 29- Friday Aug 2 to install an upgraded HVAC system in the locker rooms, make some modifications to the current lockers, reseal the floors in the Springs, and do other necessary maintenance and facility projects to keep us running smoothly.

It is no small feat to coordinate multiple contractors for needed renovations that can only happen when the spaces are fully clear. We are so excited to finally be able to do this much needed work! This closure includes all onsite areas of KS. 

We understand that this closure can interrupt your regular workout and soaking schedule and we greatly appreciate your understanding. Your member contract states that we may be closed for two weeks each summer for needed renovations, and we are grateful that through the determination of our amazing staff, we are able to complete this within one week’s time. 

We would like to offer each of you one complimentary guest pass to be used before the end of the year as an extension of our gratitude.  We think you will be very pleased with the modifications ahead.
