Upcoming Workshops You Won’t Want to Miss: 

Go deep and channel your inner energy by scheduling an Intuitive Astrology Reading with licensed professional, Alyssa Ostrander. April offerings are dated for Tuesday 4/9 and Thursday 4/25. 

    Tomorrow, Wednesday 4/3, is the Registration Deadline for Advanced Aerial Yoga Workshop with Annie. This offering is scheduled every Friday in April and has Members-only classes held at 1:15pm. As a Member, your Springs Reservations are included after each class, and Member Pricing is $129 for the entire series. 

    Join Knot Springs 4/13 at 3pm for a Buddhist Meditation. This event is held on the second Saturday of every month, at 3pm, in the Yoga Studio. Free and open to all.

    Whether you’re new to breathwork, or practice it daily, the upcoming Somatic Breathing with Tai, held Friday 4/19 at 5pm, is an excellent way to bring awareness and intention to the breath. This event is free to Members and includes your Springs Reservation after class.
