∙ 3+ years of hospitality and customer service experience ∙ Strong interpersonal skills and stand for upholding an exceptional guest experience ∙ Clear and direct communication skills ∙ Ability to learn Mindbody, G Suite, Slack, Shopify ∙ Ability to work at least 20 hours (3 shifts) per week
Fitness Professional
∙ Administer certified fitness instruction in group and or one-on-one settings ∙ Drive class attendance and personal training sales through CRM and client networking ∙ Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and appropriate conduct ∙ Maintain communication with Movement Coordinators on schedule, department goals, and personal professional development ∙ Stay up to date on innovations and evolutions in the fitness industry
