To attend a Group Fitness/ Movement class, make a reservation in advance using Mindbody. You will be prompted to create a MindBody account to complete your reservation if you do not already have one.

Life happens. But to take care of our Knot Springs team, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice for single cancellation bookings, and 48-hours notice for all group bookings.

Late cancellations will be charged a fee and no-shows will be charged the full price of their visit.
