In this immersive mini-retreat experience, we will tap into the boundless potential waiting to be unlocked in you.

This is an opportunity to examine how breathing, cold and heat therapy, and human connection can open up new portals of self-awareness and curiosity, enhance adaptability and versatility, increase resilience and capacity, and boost overall physical and mental well-being.

Our focus for the weekend is on "experiential learning in community". In our laboratory of Knot Springs, you will traverse the landscape of your mind, body, and spirit through guided breathing and contrast therapy sessions, an exploration into the principles of the art and science of the practices, combined with group discussions and interaction.

In the end, you will walk away with practical skills and knowledge to incorporate into your daily life, enabling you to tap into your fullest potential and achieve your goals with greater ease and success.

About reis

As a surfer, husband, father of two young girls, and serial entrepreneur, Reis found himself searching for a way to maintain balance in life. After being introduced to the Wim Hof Method, he reignited a mind-body connection that he lost over time and opened up a journey of unlocking his true potential.

After a deep exploration of the Wim Hof Method, including two trips to Poland where he summited frozen mountains in sub-zero temperatures wearing only shorts and learned to love himself again, Reis realized that was really just the tip of the iceberg. The rabbit hole of breathwork and human optimization was blown open. Reis quickly became fascinated by all types of breathwork and began experiencing as many breathing “methods” and schools of breath as possible. He has been fortunate to study with some of the leaders in the field like Kasper van der Meulen, Dan Brule and Brian Mackenzie.
